helpful staff public transportation nearby metro
i found the staff helpful and friendly. they were always ready to assist with directions and information about local attractions. the proximity to public transportation was also a major plus. the nearby metro station made getting around the city very easy.
the air conditioning seemed to have an automatic shut-off, so the room temperature was not consistently cool.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7, a very welcome amenity after a long day of sightseeing. there was a dedicated area for freshly squeezed orange juice, a good addition to the breakfast options. I enjoyed that. the front desk also provided helpful travel advice.

The breakfast buffet included various choices, with sweet and savory options. i noticed fresh products, including crêpes and scrambled eggs, constantly replenished by the staff. a fresh orange juice machine provided juice. I consider this excellent. there was a good variety of items.

The room was cleaned daily and the beds were made as needed. towels were also refreshed regularly. I found it very convenient. i noted the sound insulation was quite effective, and the room was generally quiet. That was reassuring.

fresh juice helpful staff limited hanging extra charge
The room was clean daily. Breakfast had fresh orange juice squeezed right there and also coffee and tea available any time. The front desk gentleman was helpful and served us breakfast early at 4 am one morning. He used gloves. This was appreciated.
There was limited space to hang clothing. The room was warm and the windows faced the stairwell. It was difficult to keep the windows open at night. There was an extra charge.

Excellent Stay Near the Metro
convenient location friendly staff cute interior easy transportation
The breakfast had enough options (especially for a quick start). The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. The staff were very friendly and ready to assist with any questions. The interior was cute.
Sound insulation was lacking. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. ( it wasn't too disruptive.)

Breakfast included a variety of pastries and bread, and a coffee machine was available all day, providing coffee anytime. I do wish they warmed the beans before putting them on the hot plate. The tea station was a nice idea.

The hotel is only a short walk from the metro station and shops. I appreciate that there was parking available near the hotel. Everything felt very clean and orderly.

Ayoub at reception was a superstar, he provided excellent support. the breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice. front desk staff offered helpful travel advice. I bought one a drink for his kindness. bus 351 offers inexpensive transport to cdg airport.
The room felt a bit warm. The windows faced the stairwell, so i kept them closed at night.

The breakfast area seemed pleasant. I enjoyed hot chocolate throughout the day. This was a particularly nice feature for families, and I felt it added a touch of home. The location provides easy access to the metro.
The facilities seemed outdated. The neighbourhood felt somewhat unpleasant, but I did not experience any direct issues because of it. There was limited hanging for clothing, inconvenient.

foul smell cramped room
The location is convenient, very close to the metro. It provides easy access almost everywhere.
The room felt quite cramped. There was hardly any space to move around for two adults and two kids with our bags. The toilet emitted a foul smell most of the time. I was disappointed.
